At Local Postal, we make selling your items online simple and stress-free. Our full-service consignment program handles everything for you—photography, detailed listings across multiple marketplaces, pricing research, customer communication, secure packaging, shipping, and payment processing.

Our Pricing Structure: We believe in a fair partnership. Our commission is tiered based on the final sale price of your item, so you keep more on high-value pieces:

Items under $100: We split the proceeds 50/50.
Items $100 & over: We take just 30%, & you keep 70%.

What’s Included: Our commission covers all standard marketplace fees, payment processing costs, and standard packing materials. There are no upfront costs to you.

Note: A minimum fee of $10 per item applies to ensure we can cover our time on lower-priced goods. Oversized or heavy items may be subject to a small handling surcharge.

Examples:

Item sells for $40: You receive $20.

Item sells for $150: You receive $105.

How much do you charge?

Items under $100: We split the proceeds 50/50.
Items $100 & over: We take just 30%, & you keep 70%.

When do I get paid?

You’ll receive payment once the item:

Is paid for by the buyer
Is delivered
And either feedback is received or 20 days have passed since shipping

What if my item doesn’t sell?

If your item doesn't sell, we’ll notify you. You’ll have 10 days to pick it up. After that, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover listing and storage costs.
